Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges and delivery times are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days (customs delays may apply)

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package via the carrier’s website.

4. International Shipping

We ship to select countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred during shipping.

Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in original packaging and condition
  • Proof of purchase must be provided (e.g., receipt or order number)

Non-returnable items:

  • Digital/downloadable products
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at contact@foneunited.com with photos and your order details.
